Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any FLUX theme. By purchasing a theme, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. License
Each theme purchase grants you a single-store license. This means you may install and use the purchased theme on one (1) Shopify store. Installing the theme on additional stores requires the purchase of additional licenses.
The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
2. Permitted Use
- Install and use the theme on your Shopify store.
- Customize the theme's design, content, and code for your specific store.
- Use the theme for commercial purposes on the licensed store.
3. Prohibited Use
- Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the theme to any third party.
- Making the theme files publicly available for download.
- Using the theme as a base to create and sell derivative theme products.
- Claiming authorship or ownership of the original theme.
4. Support
Each theme purchase includes support for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Support covers bug fixes and questions related to the theme's features and functionality. Support does not include custom development, third-party app integrations, or modifications beyond the theme's original scope.
Support requests can be submitted via email at support@fluxthemeco.com. We aim to respond within 12–24 hours on business days.
5. Updates
Theme updates are provided free of charge during the active support period. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements with Shopify's platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All themes, code, designs, and documentation created by FLUX remain the intellectual property of FLUX. The license grants you the right to use the theme, not ownership of the theme itself.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
Our themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. FLUX does not warrant that the theme will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
FLUX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our themes, even if FLUX has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Istanbul.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of purchased themes after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
