Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving any legitimate issues.
1. Digital Product Policy
FLUX sells digital products (Shopify themes). Once a theme is purchased and the license key or download link has been issued, the purchase is considered complete. As such, we are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- The theme has a critical technical defect that prevents it from functioning as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time frame.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- The theme was purchased within the last 14 days and has not been installed on a live store.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- The theme has already been installed and activated on a Shopify store.
- You have changed your mind or found an alternative theme.
- The theme does not include a specific feature not listed in the product description.
- Issues caused by third-party apps, customizations, or modifications made outside the theme's default settings.
- Incompatibility with unsupported Shopify plans or custom/headless setups not specified in theme requirements.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@fluxthemeco.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include the following in your request:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue you encountered.
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Resolution First
Before processing a refund, we will always attempt to resolve the issue through our support team. We take pride in our products and want to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
